About Dorit

Personal

I am so glad that I am now able to be in touch with others who are creating alternatives and conscious

of all the choices available to us in making our nests more in tune with a  peaceful and therefore

sustainable lifestyle. I teach for Deepak Chopra, am certfied and work as a Vegan, Live foods Chef

and Educator as well as a meditation , Hatha Yoga and Pilates teacher and I am a student of life in

all its aspects. I am excited to read about all the greener options that others have dedicated their lives

to making available to us. Thanks to everyone on this site for sharing so readily of your gifts. I am in

the  process of writing a third book called Recipes For Life and welcome contributors on green ,

luxury building options to participate.

Professional
Serenity Spaces has been designing non toxic, sustainable meditation/eating spaces for over 5 -6 years
and we also teach how to create, equip and organize raw, vegan living foods kitchens .

In addition, we teach how to transition to a raw ,vegan live foods diet as the ultimate sustainable and

truly green (pun intended) way of eating. Our gourmet cuisine does not use stoves, ovens nor grills and

so no steam nor toxic fumes are released into the environment during food preparation.

Recently, Dorit created and organized the first film festival based on a truly sustainable lifestyle ,

called the Green Lifestyle Film Festival, originally called , Raw Lifestyle Film Festival.
